Sandy and I were married in June of 1997 at "The Victorian" mansion in Bryan, TX. We took a weeklong honeymoon flying to San Diego and traveling with friends to Los Angeles where we boarded a cruise to Catalina Island and traveled the Pacific coast of Mexico. After a couple of years we had our first child, Allyson, in 1999. She is now 10 years old and is excelling in all subjects in her schoolwork. She has won awards in UIL competition and is interested in science and social studies. She enjoys playing her games and surfing the net. Brandon, our second child was born a few years after that. He has a "love life" attitude, making the most out of every moment. Sometimes it is hard to keep up with him. He has won awards for reading and jogging recently. He is interested in almost anything you put in front of him and is especially fond of food.

Sandy has spent the last four years working at K.B.T.X., our local CBS affiliated TV station. She spent the previous sixteen years in radio with 104.7 service as a personality, traffic manager, and office manager. She sometimes still pitches in on voice work and production, when needed.

Over the past fifteen years I have worked mostly in retail management.  Most notably as District Manager for Rent City where I spent most of my time analyzing, recruiting and developing store personnel. Rent City became a franchisee of Aaron's in November 2006.

I enjoy spending time with my Grandpa, Arnold Iverson, who turned 80 this year. Pop's outlook on life has always included perserverance and integrity. My mother lives in Bryan and my Father and Step-mom live in Houston. I also have two half-sisters, a half-brother, and a step-sister. Sandy has a large family that is close. Her parents live a short drive away in Caldwell, TX where she grew up. She has four sisters and a brother.
